Gloor Immo AG: Digital Platform for Modern Real Estate Management

Gloor Immo AG has been a cornerstone of property management and brokerage in Schaffhausen for decades. Their previous website was unable to keep up with the operational needs of landlords, tenants, and prospective buyers.

The objective of "Digital Platform 2" was to transcend traditional brochure websites: deliver a deeply integrated operational portal that synchronizes property listings directly from real estate brokerage software, notifies buyers of new arrivals, and digitizes repetitive management tasks.

Via the ImmoMakler API interface, all purchase and rental properties of Gloor Immo AG are imported automatically and kept in real-time sync – including photo galleries, floor plans, technical specifications, and energy efficiency certificates.

Prospective buyers can filter listings with precision by region, room count, and price threshold. An automated search alert system sends email updates as soon as matching properties hit the market, giving the brokerage a sustained lead generation engine.

Leveraging GravityForms and GravityFlow, we digitized the primary operational touchpoint of property management: the damage report workflow ("Defekt einreichen").

Tenants report issues directly via smartphone, including photos and room locations. The system validates entries, routes the ticket to the responsible property manager, and generates pre-filled contractor work orders automatically.

Additionally, we configured a secured client extranet: property owners and tenants receive authenticated access to inspection reports, utility statements, and property files.

The entire architecture is hosted on Swiss servers in compliance with the Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nDSG).

Gloor Immo AG now operates a modern Swiss web presence that delivers tangible administrative savings. The team saves hours daily on listing maintenance and tenant coordination, while clients enjoy a contemporary digital experience.
